THE EDGE OF DARK sounds fascinating, as does and your novel with your editor. I look forward to reading them both, as well as your backlist. I love Timeslip novels and medieval history. Sharon Kay Penman's THE SUNNE IN SPLENDOUR, and HERE BE DRAGONS are two of my favourite, treasured classics. As for slipping back through time ~ so hard to decide on any one particular time period as I am, and always have been, profoundly curious, and fascinated with the past. I would love to travel back to the 5th- 6th centuries, and unravel the mysteries of King Arthur, Guinevere, Lancelot, the Knights of the Round Table, Tristian and Iseult, and Arthur's beloved Camelot. And of course, I would so love to journey back to Scotland in the days before the Jacobite Rising of '45, and the Battle of Culloden. And I would dearly love to venture back to the time of Christ ~ including The Lost Years of Christ. 'Tis believed by some Historians that Christ traveled to the British Isles with his uncle and lived at Glastonbury for a time. I would love to travel back to that time in Glastonbury, and walk with Him on His journey-- to listen, learn, and study with Him for a time. So many enthralling moments in time beckon-- I could go on and on.

Thank you for this wonderful chance Pamela, and I look forward to reading THE EDGE OF DARK. Happy reading, and writing. I read The Memory of Midnight recently and loved it. Your latest release sounds a great read, too, as does the novel you have with your editor. If I could go back in time I'd love to visit Roman Britain around the time of Hadrian's Wall. I'd love to see the might of the Roman Empire in action, and to visit cities such as York and Chester and discover how they were just after their walls were built, and how the Romans interacted with the native Britons. Good luck with your latest release. I look forward to reading it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8498096518892798196.post-43367804279872930202015-03-12T18:48:01.626+00:002015-03-12T18:48:01.626+00:00Your novel sounds wonderful, Pamela, and I wish yo...Your novel sounds wonderful, Pamela, and I wish you all the best with it. I know exactly what you mean when you say it is all too easy to get involved in research. I love research, and before I know it, one thing leads to another and I am on a completely different track! If I had to go back in time, I would go to the court of Louis XIV and would attend an opera or a musical evening by Lully or a fireworks party at Versailles! That's why if I could go back in time, I would like to go back to King Richard's times and find the answers to so many unsolved questions.
